I’ve been coming to Pilates with Sharon for 6 years. I hoped Pilates might help me with my lower back pain, and heard about classes at the local church hall. I have found it to be the best form of exercise for my back pain and general health. Ever since starting classes, I have developed great core strength and as a result, my back pain completely eased.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 and continued with Pilates during chemotherapy and radiation whenever I could. I have since had breast reconstruction and was keen to return to my classes as soon as I was able, and am finding it is extremely beneficial in strengthening my arms, chest and upper back post surgery.
Sharon was a great support to me and assisted greatly with my return to exercise, encouraging me to work at my own pace but push myself.
The Body Revolution Studio has a great community atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming, and keeps me coming after 6 years.
